Absolute 5 star service from all at Elite Heat Management. From the first desperate contact the company sent Terry out on the same day, who quickly diagnosed the issue for then to arrange a new boiler and fitting just 2 days later. Karl and Steve came to fit and were friendly, quick and efficient (even with my 5 year old daughter pestering them and asking lots of questions!) couldn’t recommend this company enough. Thank you.

Found the heating engineer very pleasant and helpful when doing carrying out my annual service. Advised me on how to save energy and what temperatures to have my water and heating on. Would recommend.

I had a callout from my home emergency insurances gas engineer. He advised me that I needed a new boiler as it had leaked and had serious corrosion. When I asked him to close my boiler and I was going to order a new boiler from Boxt he said that I should use a local heating specialist. He made the call to Elite at 3.30 on Jan. 2nd & I asked how quickly they could fit a new Baxi. They advised next day starting at 8.30 and agreed a price. The engineer arrived next morning at 8.30 on the button and by 3.30 the new boiler was fitted and I had heating and hot water. The price was ~ £500 less than Boxt wanted for an equivalent Worcester boiler. We were gobsmacked by the service is a good way.

Five star service from a five star team. When something goes wrong with your boiler it can be a minefield trying to find someone reputable. Well here they are. From the first phone call from Jen, then a fair and reasonable quote right through to the completion of our boiler fitting. Highly recommend Elite Heat Management! I had a leaking cast iron soil stack, and they gave me a great quote along with a clear explanation of the job and what to expect.
